Vaishnavi Srinivasan is the Executive Director at Bhumi. Her passion for the socio-emotional development of children and teachers led to conceptualising Bhumi's whole-school transformation programme in 2017, which soon evolved into the Bhumi Fellowship, a two-year immersive journey to build young change leaders for educational equity. She holds Master's degrees in Holistic Education and Development Management.
