Sonali Saini is a passionate inclusion specialist with over 25 years of experience in this space. She has been working with children across diverse abilities and vulnerabilities. She started Sol’s ARC 17 years ago to develop inclusive learning content, materials and methodology that a teacher can use in mainstream classrooms to focus on ALL children. She has served in the Foundational Literacy & Numeracy Cells in Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, been a part of the Children with Special Needs Task Force in Tamil Nadu, worked with Pratham for adaptation of the ASER test, Ekstep for curriculum micro mapping of skills, Educate Girls to develop the remedial program for the Development Impact Bond(DIB) , and consulted with UNICEF for special needs education in Maharashtra. Sonali has a Masters in Special Education with an expertise in pedagogy development in inclusive education. She also has a management background from Narsee Monjee Institute and Indian School of Business.
