Shubhra is currently leading the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team at Central Square Foundation. Shas brings close to 15 years of experience across the private, multilateral and development sector, with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and evidence-informed decision-making. Prior to joining CSF, she worked at J-PAL South Asia for over four years. Shubhra has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University and a M.A in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
