Shrashtant Patara is the Vice President at Development Alternatives Group, which aims to innovate and disseminate the means for creating sustainable livelihoods on a large scale.<br>Shrashtant Patara is a Fellow of The Rockefeller Foundation�s Global Program on Social Innovation, has been a member of the Indo-German Expert Group on Green and Inclusive Economy, served as a jury member for the international SEED Awards for Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Development and has been involved in an initiative of the LafargeHolcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction on �Re-materializing Construction�.<br>Shrashtant Patara is also the CEO of Technology and Action for Rural Advancement (TARA), that creates livelihood support systems and provides training and capacity building for the rural poor and marginalized communities.<br>
