Renu Mishra has been an integral part of the development sector for the last twenty years, dedicated to women’s rights and empowerment in Uttar Pradesh, where she is a practicing lawyer. Renu is particularly invested in and has extensive experience in a woman’s right to choose and agency in relationships. She is a recipient of the International Women’s Day Shabri Award, 2010; the Hindustan Times Woman of the Year Award, 2014; and the Women Security Award, 2015.
