Founder of Asha Impact, Pramod is the Chairman of Clix Capital and also a strategic advisor to Kedaara. He was the former President and CEO of GE Capital India and Asia where he established their Financial Services business. As the founder of Genpact in 1996, he is considered the Pioneer of the Business Process Industry in India. Under him the organization grew to be a global entity spanning 20+ countries and employing 80,000 people. He is on the Board of Help Age India, ICRIER and Vishwas, an NGO for handicapped children amongst others. He currently serves on the Board of DLF Ltd., and has also been the Chairman of Nasscom in the past.
