Pradeep is the regional head of Ford Foundation, responsible for India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Ford Foundation is a US Foundation, that has been in India for over 6 decades and focuses on social justice and inequality. Pradeep has nearly 25 years of global experience, starting in the corporate sector, heading strategy and technology for Deloitte Consulting in Silicon Valley. He then joined President Clinton’s Foundation, and helped set up the Climate Initiative in India. After that he moved to New York to help set up Paul Volcker’s advisory firm, before heading back to India to lead Ford Foundation in the region.
