Ms Padmaja Nair is a social policy planning and institutional development specialist with over 25 years of consulting experience in India. She is a development economist and urban planner by training and has cross-sectoral expertise with a focus on sectors like water, sanitation, urban development and livelihood. Ms. Padmaja has worked with a wide range of development organizations including DFID, World Bank, UNICEF and INGOs like OXFAM, Save the Children, WaterAid, apart from the federal and state governments in India. She has also collaborated with universities in UK and USA on urban poverty and partnership focused research.
