Mr. Nilay Kapoor is the Chief General Manager of Farm Sector, Development Department, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). He was heading the Himachal Pradesh operations of NABARD as CGM at Shimla, prior to this. He has a comprehensive and varied experience in rural credit, economic and policy issues. He has also served as the Managing Director, NABSAMRUDDHI, a subsidiary of NABARD. He is also a Faculty Member in National Bank Training Centre (NBTC), Lucknow.
