Pratham

Since 2021, Medha has been working with Pratham's Girls and Women Programs, supporting strategic initiatives to bridge the learning to livelihood continuum. She has also been working on Pratham's covid-19 response. Medha earlier co-led Pratham's livelihoods focussed organization where she spent 5 years scaling the nascent organization, building solutions for workforce development and entrepreneurship. At her time working in skilling, over 80,000 youth received vocational training and jobs and 2000+ women started their microenterprises. Medha is passionate about enabling equitable access to learning and work opportunities. She also writes about the same for the Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Guardian, Indian Express and other publications.
