Madhukar is the Founder & CEO of 'Leadership For Equity'- a systems change & advisory organization that helps strengthen the effectiveness of government school systems to deliver quality education at scale. With over 12 years of experience in the education sector, Madhukar previously worked with Pune City Connect and Teach For India. He holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and started his career as a Product Manager with Larsen & Toubro. He is a 2019 Ashoka Fellow & 2015 Acumen Fellow. Madhukar has also been a part of national and state-level government committees including MH Govt. Education Minister's Think Tank and supports young education organizations in an advisory capacity.
