Lt. Col. Sreekumar (Retd.)

Lt. Col. Sreekumar (Rtd.) served in one of the Elite Regiments of the Indian Army, the 4th Gorkha Rifles for 25 years. He joined ‘Prestige Group’ in the year 1998 and instrumental in establishing the Property Management Company. Presently he is the Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Property Management & Services responsible for post construction care of all properties developed by Prestige Group, which includes large and medium sized Gated Communities, Commercial Establishments like Tech Parks and other Business Precincts. He is leading a team of 4500 personnel comprising of all categories to facilitate management of approximately 140 complexes/ 36 million sft of built area.
