As a Technical Advisor with the Ultra-Poor Graduation Initiative at BRAC, Jasveen delivers technical guidance to governments, multilaterals, and international NGOs on the design, adaptation, and implementation of the Graduation approach. She has provided technical and strategic support to the Governments of Pakistan, Malawi, Rwanda, Zambia, and the State Government of Tamil Nadu, and currently leads projects in Tanzania and Egypt. She brings demonstrated expertise advising on economic inclusion and social protection programs, as well as hands-on experience conducting vulnerability assessments, developing monitoring and evaluation systems, and training government and multilateral partners on the Graduation approach. Before joining BRAC, Jasveen worked with J-PAL in India to promote evidence-based policy making, building expertise in process and impact evaluations of development projects. She worked with state governments on the evaluation and scale-up of programs, including with the Government of Punjab on energy access, the Government of Delhi on environmental pollution, and the Government of Bihar on Graduation.
