BleeTech Innovations is a social enterprise founded by Janhavi Joshi, creating design and technology solutions for the deaf community. Janhavi has been working in the space of disabilities for the past 6 years with a special focus on deafness. With a graduation degree in Industrial design, she started Bleetech right after college. Janhavi heads business development and finance at Bleetech Innovations. She has led the team at different platforms winning several prestigious awards and recognitions including NASSCOM Foundation’s innovation grant, ICRC’s Enable Makeathon 2.0 winner title, India Innovation Growth Program and many others. The company is funded by Social Alpha, A TATA trusts initiative and SINE IITB. She was listed under Forbes India’s 30 under 30 and Entrepreneur Magazine’s 35 Under 35 lists in the year of 2018.
