Geetanjali is the President of Apnalaya, a non-profit that works with urban poor to create sustainable communities through a unique model of citizenship education. Apnalaya empowers people to effectively engage with government agencies to access their health, education, livelihood and civic entitlements. Geetanjali has a diverse background, with the early years in the corporate sector and more than 15 years in the Social Sector. She has held leadership and CEO level roles in Concern India Foundation, CHILDLINE India Foundation, and ARMMAN, and is currently on the board of Foundation for Mother and Child Health and a global advisor to Tech Care For All.
