Dr. Anant Bhan is a physician with a masters’ degree in bioethics from the University of Toronto. He is a researcher in global health, bioethics and health policy. He is also Adjunct Professor, Yenepoya (deemed to be University), Mangalore, India and Adjunct Faculty, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. Anant is Immediate Past President, International Association of Bioethics. His work is focused on ethics and equity in health, mental health, digital health, public health ethics, research ethics, community engagement, ethics of innovative technologies and ethics training for professionals. Anant is based at Bhopal, India.
