Chhavi Rajawat, an Aspen fellow, has served as the Sarpanch of Village Soda in Rajasthan’s Tonk districton two occasions. She is India’s first MBA Sarpanch. She has earned various honours for her commitment to community service, including the Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Shakti National Award and an honorary Ph.D. in Rural Development. Chhavi enhanced her constituency by giving electricity and toilets, better farming facilities, improved medical services, adequate roads, and a bank during her time as Sarpanch. Chhavi is the current principal of Eminent Girls College, where she seeks to develop and influence young women.
