Adarsh Kumar is the Senior Strategy and Operations Officer at World Bank. He founded Livelihoods Equity Connect, an advisory group that seeks to structure investments in the Indian agricultural sector and promote models that connect small farmers to mainstream markets. He co-founded AIACA, a non-profit organization that works to strengthen enterprise growth in the crafts sector; and working on strengthening microcredit institutions and livelihoods initiatives across South Asia at the Ford Foundation. <br>Adarsh Kumar holds a Bachelor�s Degree in Business Management from Georgetown University and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.<br>He has been awarded the Echoing Green and Ashoka fellowships for social entrepreneurship.<br>
