India is a young nation with ~65% of its population below the age of 35 years. This demographic dividend presents an opportunity that can be leveraged to create a high-quality skilled workforce for the rest of the world, especially those nations that have an ageing or declining national population. In this panel, we can have individuals and organizations who have catered to the global workforce demand through their initiatives, programmes and actively pursued global partnerships with governments and private businesses with the aim to promote global mobility, firming the Indian skilling ecosystem and initiated knowledge-exchange with developing and developed economies.
