Research in the development sector has often focused on top-down approaches to better understand challenges on the ground. However, what’s often missing is a bottom-up community perspective to fact-finding. Through this workshop, CORO and Dalberg aim to lay out the advantages of adopting an equity-based research effort through local community involvement and highlight best practices and tips to conduct the same effectively.
