Both the COVID-19 pandemic and the response to it have been unprecedented. The ferociousness and speed at which the pandemic impacted many facets of human life necessitated a rapid response and the coming together of organisations in ways never witnessed before - grassroots organizations, foundations, philanthropists, corporates and government have all come together in innovative ways to help counter the short and long tail of the crisis. There is now keen interest and knowledge to take forward the lessons from the pandemic to address the systemic deficiencies that exacerbated the situation on ground, especially with respect to healthcare, education and rural development.
The session will provide a forum to share experiences from the field, successes and challenges from these collaborations and a platform to discuss how organizations can adapt and incorporate the lessons into their own program designs.
